Gift cards will be delivered instantly to the recipient’s email address, making them perfect for last-minute gifts. Or, you can select to send your gift card on a specified date and time of your choice, perfect for birthday and Christmas gift surprises.
+ What does the giftee receive and by when?
The giftee will receive an email with your personalised gift message and chosen card design. It will also include the gift card amount, along with instructions on how they can use their gift card.
+ What notifications will I received when the gift card is purchased?
When you buy a gift card, you will receive an email with all the details including your personalised message and time/date of delivery. The email to you will also include the gift card itself with the code to download.
+ I’m looking for a different design, can you create this for me?

+ How are gift cards redeemed?
- Go to book a lesson on the homepage to select your teacher and lesson package options
- Once you reach the checkout page, you will see a “gift card” option to select.
- Enter your 5-digit gift card code and apply
- This should now show your reduced total balance.
+ How can I check the remaining balance on my gift card?
On this page, below the buy gift card options, there is a “Check your gift card balance” option to click on. This will present a box to enter your gift card code in. Select “Check Balance” to see your remaining balance.
+ How long is the expiry date on the gift cards?
With a long end date of three years, your giftee has plenty of time to prepare for their trip or plan ahead.
+ What if I don’t use all my gift card balance in one order?
If you have leftover balance on your gift card, you can use the rest of your balance for your next lesson purchase. To use this, it doesn’t need to be for the full amount of the lesson cost.
