  • We do not collect or store payment card details on our website. Payments made via PayPal are subject to their own privacy policy. Payments made via Stripe are subject to their own privacy policy.

  How we get the personal information and why we have it

  • Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons;
  • Through signing up to our mailing list from the homepage
  • Through creating an account
  • Through booking and paying for a lesson or lessons
    • We use the information that you have given us in order to;
      • Create an account login and access your customer dashboard to view teachers and lessons booked.
      • Book a lesson and for the teacher to prepare a personalised lesson for you in preparation for your upcoming trip.
      • Update you about your upcoming booked lesson, such as any changes and how to access the lesson.
      • Tell you about new language and destination launches and receive discount codes.
        • We will share the information you provide about your trip during the lesson booking process, only with the teacher you have selected to book a lesson with.
